This project was an experiment in transferring my skills from Maya to Blender while exploring a more cartoonish style of 3D modeling. The playful design contrasts with my more realistic work, highlighting versatility in animation character creation and stylized graphics.

Pixarized Car
Inspired by Pixar’s Cars, this project reimagined the car from Grease in a cartoonish, animated style. I adjusted proportions, anthropomorphized features like the grille and headlights, and added eyelids to give the car personality. This 3D modeling project demonstrates how graphics and design can merge with animation character techniques to bring objects to life.

Male Head
This sculpt focused on studying facial anatomy. I modeled and sculpted the head to closely match a reference image while incorporating creative adjustments for a cohesive final mesh. The work emphasizes blending 3D modeling and sculpting to create realistic detail.

Robot
Based on an art piece by Matt Dixon, this project recreated a robot holding a birdhouse in a forest. I emphasized textures and materials, making the robot rugged and earthy while reimagining the birdhouse with a weathered, stylized design. This project showcases my process of combining reference-based 3D modeling with original detail choices in graphics and design.

Star Wars Vignette
As part of a six-person team, I contributed to a Star Wars vignette featuring the Sandcrawler and the Jawas. While this is not the complete project, these renders highlight my personal contributions in 3D modeling and detail work.

Cartoon Mouse
For this project, I focused on capturing the cartoon style of the concept art in 3D. To accomplish the stylization, I used more organic and round shapes to match the caricature from the reference. Although seemingly simple in structure, it was complex to achieve in Blender and a good learning opportunity for me.
